CareDecisionLabs has built the infrastructure to ingest, normalize, and analyze this data at scale — creating a proprietary dataset that powers all of our products.

Founder & CEO
Brad is a senior global business executive with 30 years of experience in strategy, venture building, and healthcare innovation. Previously SVP of Corporate Strategy at TE Connectivity (where share price doubled during his tenure), Group Chief Strategy Officer at Singapore Telecommunications, and Chief Strategy Officer at LG Electronics. He spent 12 years as a Partner at McKinsey and founded Innosight Ventures (a spinoff from Clayton Christensen's firm) to build disruptive ventures.
Most recently he co-founded Lane Health (cash advances for high-deductible health plan members) and served as CEO of Flipt (pharmacy benefit disruptor). Brad holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS in Computer Science from Duke University.
